The community’s new leadership development resource, LEAD, is bringing together its Advisory Board. We are looking for two people to join, who are passionate about leadership development and the UK Jewish Community and are skilled in one of the following areas:
- Talent Spotting and Succession Planning
The JLC’s Commission on Women in Jewish Leadership’s report was published this summer – one of its key recommendations is Mentoring. LEAD will be running a pilot for ten mentees (half lay/half professional) this summer/autumn. If you are interested in being mentored or offering your skills as a mentor please contact Sam Clifford at email@example.com. Closing date Monday 20th August.
This is a pilot project, afterwards LEAD will be seeking to create a cross communal mentoring pool which will support those working in the community in a lay or professional capacity. LEAD’s Mentoring scheme will be launching in Spring 2013 – if you would like more information, please be in touch.
