The partnership between the JLC, which brings together the major communal organisations and the Board of Deputies as the elected representative body is regularly the subject of questions and misunderstanding, often due to a lack of information. The Board and JLC work in close partnership on a vast range of issues and jointly operate a number of projects such as the Fair Play Campaign. A formal liaison committee works to regulate the interface between the two organisations and we are pleased to announce that this committee has agreed that both organisations will distribute each other’s newsletters.
