Debra Fox

Debbie has various roles within Jewish community organisations, including serving on the trustee boards of Jewish Care, JAMI and the Jewish Leadership Council. She was a founder member of The New Leadership Network, the JLC Women’s Commission and was part of the initial membership to the Lead Advisory Board when it became a division of the JLC, becoming co Vice Chair in 2014.

Debbie is Vice Chair of Jewish Care where she has volunteered for the past 14 years and since 2006, has chaired the organisations Community Services Committee, giving her oversight responsibility for all care and community services.

Debbie trained and qualified as a solicitor with Herbert Smith Freehills, spending a decade post qualification as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Law and then as a course designer and deliverer of professional development courses to solicitors in the City of London and nationally.

Debbie co owns and runs a small online retail business, is a qualified and practising Pilate’s trainer as well as recently returning as Visiting Lecturer to the University of Law.
