Nicky Goldman

Nicky is the Director of LEAD. Formerly she was the UJIA Leadership Development Director, responsible for leadership development for UJIA lay leaders and communal leadership development through the Adam Science Foundation Leadership Programme, the Adam Science Foundation Alumni Network and the New Leadership Network for the Jewish Leadership Council.

Nicky has worked in the Jewish community for over 25 years. Her previous roles have included National Director of AJ6, London Student Jewish Education Director,Community Director for Hendon United Synagogue, Agency for Jewish Education’s Family Education Project Manager and editor of ‘Community Matters‘, a best practice manual for the United Synagogue.

Nicky has an MA in Jewish Communal Service from the Hornstein Program at Brandeis University, Boston, USA (1992), as well as being a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (MCIPD). Nicky also has a PGCE in Religious Education from the Institute of Education, London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Jewish Studies from Jews’ College, London and is currently participating in the Bradfield Women Educational Leaders’ Programme (LSJS).
