The Jewish Leadership Council acts as the “industry body” for Jewish community organisations and institutions. Just as NCVO and ACEVO represent the interests of both their members and the wider charitable sector, so the JLC works to strengthen, develop and protect the Jewish charitable sector.

- We promoted the Jewish community as a model of the Big Society, writing the paper “the Big Society and the UK Jewish Community“
- We helped Jewish charities adapt to the public benefit provisions of charity law and to the new Equality Act
The JLC Purchasing Club goes from strength to strength and we are now working with over 120 organisations within the community.
