The JLC Purchasing Club goes from strength to strength and we are now working with over 120 organisations within the community. Specifically, we worked with a large number of schools at the end of last term to reduce their costs and streamline their purchasing procedures at their busiest time of year. On average, we are reducing consumable costs (stationery, janitorial supplies, inks) by approximately 30% across the community. Another area where we can easily deliver savings is on telecoms bills - organisations just need to send us a bill and via a simple paperwork exercise we can start to reduce these. The most recent community organisation to sign up is saving over 30% on line rental and calls.
