Alastair Falk, Director of PaJeS since its inception early in 2012, will be leaving the organisation later this year to take up a role outside the Jewish Education sector.
The Board of PaJeS is very grateful to Alastair for his work in building PaJeS and for establishing its strong reputation within schools, the wider Jewish community and amongst a range of other stakeholders. We wish him well in his new role.
The Board is immediately commencing a search for a new Director who will build on the achievements to date and develop further our work in partnership with schools. A further announcement will be made once a new Director has been appointed.
Jonathan Goldstein, Chairman of PaJeS, comments:
PaJeS has emerged as an important force in Jewish Education and Alastair has played a big part in that process. We wish him well in his new role and now look forward to appointing a successor who will lead us in the next stages of our development.
Alastair Falk, Director of PaJeS, comments:
I have hugely enjoyed my time working to establish PaJeS. This is a great time for Jewish schools and it has been a pleasure and a privilege to work with such a creative and supportive board, and with so many talented, dedicated and wise colleagues.
