Fundraising Campaigns
UK Charities raising money to support Israel
Please donate what you are able to support the victims of these horrific attacks.
In addition to JLC member organisations UJIA and WIZO UK, we have listed UK registered charities who are currently fundraising for support efforts. If you know a UK registered charity that is not on this list that is supporting efforts in Israel, please email us at info@thejlc.org
JLC member organisations Emergency Appeals:
UJIA Emergency Appeal
Funds raised in this Appeal will go to help victims of this war, focused on the exponential increase we are seeing in trauma cases and supporting the Jewish Agency’s Victims of Terror fund that will provide critical support to those affected in the south.
Please click here to donate.
Wizo Emergency Appeal
Women and children in Israel need your support more than ever. WIZO is on the ground dealing with the day-to-day impact of the terror of this horrific war. They urgently need your support for the victims of this nightmare.
Please click here to donate.
Other fundraising appeals from UK registered charities:
-
At this time of national emergency, Beit Issie Shapiro (UK Charity 1185443) is launching services to support families from the North and South of Israel and people with disabilities.
-
British Emunah is uniting in solidarity with our brothers and sisters on the ground. We are launching an emergency appeal to provide immediate relief and support to those who are most affected by the developing war.

-
Following the unprecedented attack from Gaza, hundreds of casualties, many of whom are the most challenging cases, are being evacuated by helicopter to Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem. Our experts, experienced in mass casualty response, are doing whatever it takes to save the lives of the critically injured.
Sadly the path to full recovery for some of the injured will be long and challenging. After surgery, many patients will need extensive rehabilitation with Hadassah’s specialist rehabilitation team. Hadassah UK is supporting The Emergency Hospital in the new Gandel Rehabilitation Centre to ensure that the essential rehabilitation services are immediately provided to those critically ill patients who need it most.
-
The Jerusalem Foundation are focusing on the immediate needs of those coming to the city for refuge and on community initiatives taking care of the most vulnerable residents of Jerusalem. Please contact Susan WInton susanw@jfjlm.org for full list of needs.
-
JNF UK with our dedicated team on the ground, is working 24/7 with the organisations we partner with to provide all possible support to the people of Israel. We are reaching out directly to the most affected communities to assess what they need right now and will continue to do all that we can to provide them with assistance. And, as the needs of the people of Israel change, JNF UK promises to be there every step of the way, rebuilding shattered communities so they are stronger than ever.

Currently, Laniado Hospital is providing care for over 40 patients, comprising both civilian victims and soldiers affected by the recent terror attack. The government has designated our hospital as an 'overflow' facility to accommodate the influx of patients.
Our medical teams have been diligently treating patients with gunshot wounds, necessitating surgeries, including bullet extractions. Additionally, we are expecting more casualties to be transferred to Laniado in the coming days.
-
Magen David Adom is Israel's only National Blood and Medical Emergency Service. MDA is on its highest alert, with all vehicles – ambulances, MICUs, medicycles, mass-casualty vehicles, bullet-proof ambulances and other specialized vehicles manned and teams prepared to respond to each and every incident. All ambulances are fully equipped to treat the injured.
-
Migdal Ohr UK urgently needs your support for our emergency relief effort, called "Israel's Shield." This initiative represents our significant commitment to relocate over 2,000 people, including babies, children, and the elderly who have survived the recent massacres.
-
The sudden attacks on Israel have caused devastation everywhere and Israeli communities are coming together to provide emergency assistance. Urgent supplies are required in the way of food, shelter, clothes and medication to families who have been displaced; to soldiers who were called up with a moment's notice; and to those families with loved ones missing, kidnapped or bereaved.
All donations will be directed to supporting traumatised children, displaced and bereaved families and soldiers preparing to defend our country. We are checking every request that comes in and making sure that every penny is used where it is needed most.
-
NIF is already moving to provide emergency support to grantee organisations and community groups on the frontlines working to help those need at this moment, to reinforce solidarity between Jews and Arabs in Israel, and to counter any kind of extremism, racism, or inter-communal violence. Our Be’er Sheva office in the south of Israel is hard at work, even as the violence continues, to support those civil society organisations shining a light during this dark time.
-
As the horrifying situation in Israel continues, there is an urgent need for educational and psychological support for students, teachers and their families across the country.
-
Treating people at our hospital and mental health response centre to help those suffering from shock and other symptoms.
-
Almost all of our male graduates and many of the females have been called up to serve in the IDF. Whether in combat units, cyber defence, or elite units, many of our graduates are serving without families in Israel. Unless you have been in the army, it might be hard to comprehend the importance of clean socks, nutritious snacks and the knowledge that someone is waiting to hear your voice. Our Youth Village staff are providing all of this and more. Our financial support will ensure that they have the resources they need to do so.

I-gnite was founded in May 2021 in the aftermath of the Gaza conflict, when it became clear that children as young as 10 were being exposed to antisemitic vitriol and drawn into the debate through social media.
With so much information flooding our screens, I-gnite has assembled a selection of verified, easy-to-use resources in one place, giving you quick and easy access. We hope to empower you with knowledge in your conversations at this difficult time, when tensions are high and the authenticity of sources is constantly questioned.
