Lead is the leadership development division of the JLC. Working cross communally, it offers Leadership Development opportunities including programmes, events and networking. Lead works with Trustees and Lay Leaders as well as Professionals at all levels. The variety of opportunities Lead provides supports the work of the JLC to Strengthen and Support the skill, expertise and development of leadership across the community. Lead understands that leadership development is a key driver for the creation of a vibrant and vital Jewish community.
Lead Programmes
The Adam Science Leadership Programme is for emerging leaders. It aims to launch talented individuals on their journey into lay and professional leadership in the Jewish community.
The Dangoor Senior Leadership Programme (DSLP) is designed to support the development of experienced lay and professional senior leaders within the Jewish Community.
Follow the Leader is our flagship CPD Programme with a continually updated offering provided by experienced facilitators. Designed specifically for middle leadership and management for those who sometimes have to lead, sometimes have to follow and nearly always have to manage.
We are committed to providing high-quality opportunities for professional leaders to Reflect, Connect and Learn together. This includes our annual Jewish Community Professionals Conference.
Trustees are vital leaders in our community organisations and their responsibility to ensure good governance is more important than ever. We are proud to provde a number of opportunities for Trustees to network, learn and share ideas including our annual Conference and Development Programme.
