Following the successful delivery of 4 bespoke programmes to middle managers in community organisations, Lead is going to be running a Middle Management Programme in 2023. The programme will be delivered online over 10 sessions and will allow participants to learn about different aspects and theories of Management frameworks as well introducing tools for them to utilise, adapt and engage with, both individually and with their teams. The programme is suitable for those already managing others, or those who may be imminently taking on line management responsibility.
